MISSION
The mission of Victory Early Learning Center is to cultivate a cooperative relationship with parents and provide a safe, secure, and loving environment for your child.
PURPOSE
Our purpose is to provide a Christ Centered ministry to the families of Oregon City and surrounding areas. Our primary focus will be to provide a learning experience based upon biblical principles. We will focus on the development of the whole child physically, spiritually, emotionally, socially and academically.
