​What ages of children do you accept at Victory Early Learning Center?
We provide full-time Christian daycare and preschool for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years across three age-specific classrooms:

What are your hours? Do you offer full-time daycare?
Yes! We are open Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, providing full-time care designed to support working parents in Oregon City and Clackamas County.
Is part-time or 3-day care available?
We offer 3–5 day per week enrollment options with full-day programs. Availability may vary by age group and classroom capacity—contact us or schedule a tour to check openings.
Do you accept ERDC childcare assistance?
Yes! Victory Early Learning Center proudly accepts ERDC (Employment-Related Day Care) subsidies. We’ll help guide you through the process so your family can access quality, affordable childcare.

Are meals or snacks provided?
Families pack lunches, and we provide morning and afternoon snacks that meet Oregon health and nutrition guidelines. We accommodate most allergy and dietary needs.
What makes your daycare Christian or faith-based?

What curriculum do you use for preschool and Pre-K?
Our Bears class (ages 3–5) follows a structured, faith-aligned curriculum focusing on literacy, math, science, creative play, and Spanish-language exposure—all preparing children for kindergarten readiness in a Christian environment.
What is your child-to-teacher ratio?
We follow or exceed Oregon's state licensing requirements for teacher-to-child ratios, ensuring your child receives personalized attention and care.
Are your staff trained and background checked?
Yes. Every staff member passes Oregon’s criminal background checks and is CPR/First Aid certified. Our teachers receive ongoing training in child development, classroom management, and faith-based education.
Is your facility licensed and inspected?
We are fully licensed through the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care, meeting or exceeding all standards in staffing, safety, cleanliness, and education.
Do you offer sibling discounts or financial aid?
Yes. We offer sibling discounts to make care more affordable for families. ERDC and flexible scheduling options may also reduce your out-of-pocket cost—contact us for a personalized quote.
How do I enroll my child?
